Well-being and Relaxation – There is ample space at Ca’ del Buco dedicated to the care of body and spirit.  Areas in the barn or in complete isolation among the wheat or small lake all provide an opportunity to meditate and relax.  We offer our guests natural products and, upon request, a chance to try homeopathic medicine.

Sport – For single guests, sports groups, or anyone who loves exercise, Ca’ del Buco offers paths for walking, biking or horseback riding.  We also offer yoga, judo and martial arts.  Sports groups can use our space to organize summer camps or day activities.

Mountain Bike Special
In Agriturismo Cà del Buco is possible for amateurs to come out with mountain bikes and to choose a wide range of trails, from those with short climbs and pedals in rhythm to the more nervous, with veritable "razor" in the style of the Swinging walls of the coasts of Flanders and northern France. Trails with short climbs are, for example, the road - Cereglio (10.5 km., 500 meters of altitude, pend.max 7%), Ca Bortolani (5.5 km, 450 meters. Altimetry, pend.max 11%) , Monte Ombraro (8.1 km., 560 mt.altimetry, pend.max 10%) and of course many others. One example among the many "walls" are the Holy Cross (pend.max. 14%), via Cuccoli (pend.max.18%), San Biagio (15%). On this street takes place every May 1 "Granfondo", the "10 hills", one of the most popular and long-lived large Italian trails, called because of its altitude, "the little Flanders." Finally, these roads will be traveled on 23 May by a stage of the centenary of the Tour of Italy, arriving on the hill of the Guard, in the shadow of the Basilica of San Luca, with rents in excess of 18%. On booking, some local cyclists will be happy to share their knowledge of a territory so rich in beauty and sporting challenges.

Archery:
Ca’ del Buco has an archery field with various three-dimentional targets, situated between the gulley and the woods.  If you don’t have the equipment but would like to try it out, you can borrow it from us.  Archery schools are also welcomed to practice in our beautiful surroundings.  Please simply call in advance to advise us of your arrival
